Returns & Refund Policy


We have a 14 day returns policy so please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return any items. We will need to know your order reference, the model name and size of the model you are returning and the date you ordered.

If there are instances where your order is incorrect, damaged, or faulty during transportation, we will make sure to offer a replacement solution for the product stated. If we are unable to fulfil this, a refund shall be offered.

For our return policy, you will need to contact us if there is anything incorrect or damaged within 48 hours of receiving it. Please provide images/ videos, along with an email outlining the issues with the item. In the event that the packaging itself is damaged, please include any images of the packaging in the same email.

If we need to request the return of an item, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. The customer will be responsibility for any damages during return in transit until the items reaches us.

Please make sure the items are appropriately packaged to prevent damages.

It is advised to keep proof of postage and insurance covering the value of the items to ensure protection in the event of damages.

Our refund policy only covers items that are either incorrect or damaged. Neither buyer's remorse nor change of mind shall be covered by our refund policy.

If an item is incorrect or has been damaged we will offer a replacement. Should a replacement be unachievable, a refund will then be issued.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that after this time, production will have begun and you will be unable to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at within the 24-hour window.

If your item has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.
