You can cancel within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that after this time, production will have begun and you will be unable to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 24-hour window.
If your item has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.
If there are instances where your order is incorrect, damaged, or faulty during transportation, we will immediately offer a replacement solution for the product stated. If we are unable to fulfil this, a refund shall be offered.
For our replacement policy, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is anything incorrect or damaged. Please provide images/videos within an email outlining the issues with the item. In the event that the packaging itself is damaged, please include any images of the packaging in the same email.
If you need to request the return of an item, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. The customer will be responsibility for any damages made during return in transit. Once we have received and checked the items, we will process a full refund.
Please make sure the items are appropriately packaged to prevent damages.
It is advised to keep proof of postage and insurance covering the value of the items to ensure the protection in the event of damages.
