Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the production process will have begun, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please email us at sales@lovedecors.co.uk within the 24-hour window.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide the order number and the product name you are returning.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. If we are unable to provide a replacement, a full refund will be issued.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include clear images or videos of the issue, along with a detailed description in your email.
If the packaging is damaged, please include images of the packaging as well.

Returning Items

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect:

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is also liable for any damage incurred during the return transit.
Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment.
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a full refund.
