Delivery time:
Due to high demand, please allow 6-8 weeks. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time. We aim to get orders out as soon as possible. As delays may unexpectedly occur, it is out of our control. Nevertheless, please rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

The actual delivery time may vary and could take longer depending on the customs clearance process and the delivery partner operating in the destination country. We aim to get packages out as soon as possible. However we are not responsible for any unexpected delays that might occur. We ensure to provide an accurate delivery date with precautions, however, that may not always happen. Please prepare renovations or projects once the goods have arrived to you.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that after this time, production will have begun and you will be unable to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at sales@lovedecors.co.uk within the 24-hour window.
If your item has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy so please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return any items. We will need to know your order number and product name you are returning.
If there are instances where your order is incorrect, damaged, or faulty during transportation, we will immediately offer a replacement solution for the product stated. If we are unable to fulfil this, a refund shall be offered.
For our replacement policy, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is anything incorrect or damaged. Please provide images/videos within an email outlining the issues with the item. In the event that the packaging itself is damaged, please include any images of the packaging in the same email.
If you need to request the return of an item, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. The customer will be responsibility for any damages made during return in transit. Once we have received and checked the items, we will process a full refund.
Please make sure the items are appropriately packaged to prevent damages.
It is advised to keep proof of postage and insurance covering the value of the items to ensure the protection in the event of damages.
