Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the production process will have begun, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide the order number and the product name you are returning.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. If we are unable to provide a replacement, a full refund will be issued.

Returning Items
