Returns & Replacements
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide the order number and the product name you are returning.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. If we are unable to provide a replacement, a full refund will be issued.
